Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Honestly: very little. Maple Fun Arcade has no accounts, no sign-up and no payment processing, so there is nothing to register and nothing to bill.

• Your coin balance and game statelive in your own browser's local storage. They are never transmitted to us or anyone else — clearing your browser data removes them entirely (and resets your coins).
• The contact form is currently UI-only. Submitting it does not store or send your message anywhere yet; the form tells you this and points you to email instead. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
• Hosting logs. Like almost every website, our hosting infrastructure may record standard server logs (IP address, request path, user agent) for security and reliability.
• No analytics, no advertising trackers. The site uses no third-party analytics and no advertising trackers of any kind — only essential browser storage (the virtual-coin wallet), kept locally on your own device.

2. Cookies and local storage

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It uses one local storage key, maplefunarcade-wallet, to remember your virtual-coin balance between visits. You can clear it any time via your browser's site-data settings — doing so resets your balance to the starting grant. Details are on the Cookie Policy page.

3. Children

The service is intended for an adult audience aged 19+ and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect any information from children — and by design, we collect almost none from anyone.

4. Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it — though for this site the honest answer will usually be “none; your data is in your own browser”. Write to support@maplefunarcade.com. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the supervisory authority under PIPEDA.

5. Changes

If we ever collect more than described here — for example by adding analytics or connecting the contact form — we will update this policy before doing so and adjust the effective date above.
